Guide

The most complete sales platforms.

How complete is a sales platform? Count the jobs. Ten platforms and Opusend, scored on the eight jobs of outbound from what each vendor's own pages list, with the date we checked.

The short answer

Completeness is a count of jobs. Here is the count.

By what their own pages list, the highest score on the eight jobs of outbound is 7.5 out of 8: Apollo.io. Opusend scores 5.5: five jobs in full and one in part, with no calling and no meetings yet. A job in the product counts one point, a partial one half a point, so the score measures what is in the box, not what can be assembled by buying add-ons.

Last checked

Opusend makes one of the tools in this guide. Every tool is held to the same eight jobs, and every fact has its source.

How the score works

One point, half a point, none.

Each tool is scored on the same eight jobs from its own public pages. The table is ordered by score, then alphabetically, and every tool shows why a job is partial.

One point

The job is described on the vendor's own pages as part of the product.

Half a point

The job is there in part: an add-on, a partner's product, or a limit that the card names.

No point

We did not find the job on the vendor's pages. That is not a claim that the tool cannot do it.

What it does not measure

How well a job is done, the price, the ease of use, the support or the quality of the data. Use the score to shortlist, then try the tools.

The eight jobs

  1. 1

    Find the people

A contact database or search of its own, to build the list you start from.

  2. 2

    Contact data

  3. 3

    LinkedIn

Sends connection requests and messages on LinkedIn, or works inside it.

  4. 4

    Email sequences

Sends multi-step cold email sequences from the tool.

  5. 5

    CRM and pipeline

Keeps its own lead records and pipeline stages, not only a sync to someone else's.

  6. 6

    Calling

    A built-in dialer.

  7. 7

    Meeting booking

A built-in scheduler or booking links.

  8. 8

    Replies and reporting

Sorts or shows the replies that come back, and reports on results.

Where Opusend fits

Not the most complete. The part it covers, it covers end to end.

Opusend does not claim the top of this table. It scores 5.5 of 8: the outbound loop and a CRM that stays clean, and no calling and no meetings yet. Several platforms here cover more jobs, and if you need a dialer and meeting booking in the same tool today, one of them fits that need.

What it does cover, it covers from a profile to a reply: it finds and reads the prospect, writes in your voice, runs the follow-ups, catches the reply and keeps the record for you. Meetings are what we build next.

Questions

Questions people ask.

What is the most complete sales platform?
By the eight jobs counted here, the highest score is 7.5 out of 8, from what their own pages list: Apollo.io. Most complete is not the same as best: a complete platform can cost more, take longer to set up and do some jobs less well than a specialist. The table shows which jobs each one covers, so you can choose.
How is completeness measured?
Each tool is marked on eight jobs from its own public pages: finding people, contact data, LinkedIn, email sequences, a CRM of its own, calling, meeting booking, and replies and reporting. A job in the product counts one point, a partial one half a point, and a job we did not find counts none.
Why does a platform that sells jobs as add-ons score lower?
Because the score counts what is in the product. A job that is an add-on counts half, since you pay for it separately and it may not be in your edition. A platform that sells many jobs as add-ons can still reach full coverage if you buy them; each tool's card says which jobs are partial and why.
Does a higher score mean a better tool?
No. The score counts jobs, not how well each is done, and it says nothing about price, ease of use, support or data quality. Use it to build a shortlist, then try the tools.
How was this guide checked?
We read each tool's own public pages on 2026-10-04: its home page, its pricing page and the pages for its features, and recorded what they say, with the link. Prices are the vendor's own, as printed, in the currency it showed. We did not test the tools, so a feature may behave differently from how its page describes it. Vendors change their pages, so each tool shows the date it was checked and its sources.
Is this guide independent?
Opusend makes one of the tools in this guide, and says so at the top. Every tool is held to the same eight jobs and the same rules, every fact has its source, and the Opusend entry lists what Opusend does not do. If something about a tool is wrong, write to [email protected] and we will check it and fix it.
