Every intelligence

Smart where it pays. Yours where it matters.

Opusend runs on three brains and a handful of smaller ones. Here is each of them in plain words: what it reads, what it decides, and what it always leaves to you.

14 days on us. No card needed.

The people and companies in this example are invented.

The three brains

When to send. What to say. When to step back.

The Scheduling brain picks the moment, Messaging Intelligence writes the words, and Reply Intelligence reads what comes back. Each has its own page.

Scheduling brain

Picks the day and the minute of every step: inside your sending window and your daily limits, paced like a person, and never after a reply.

Reads
Your sending window and time zone, your daily limits, what already went out today and this week, your mailboxes and everything waiting in the queue.
Decides
The day and the time of each invitation, message, follow-up and email, and the gap before the next one: 20 to 60 seconds after an invitation, 90 to 240 seconds after a message. And which unanswered invitations are old enough to withdraw.
Leaves to you
Who is on the list, your window and your limits. Pause, delay or send any row now, and a delay you set in Settings beats its pacing.

Messaging Intelligence

Writes one message for one person, from what it read about them and what you sell, in your tone and their language.

Reads
Their profile, roles and recent posts, their company, what you sell and who you sell to, your customers and materials, and the thread so far with who wrote each message.
Decides
The words, the language, the step (a note, a first message, a follow-up or a reply), which of your customer stories and materials fit this person, and a second version when you ask.
Leaves to you
What goes out. It names only customers you listed, links only your materials and your booking link, and nothing leaves without you or a campaign you started.

Reply Intelligence

Catches the reply, moves the lead, reads what it says and starts your answer. A reply about price, terms, their data or the law stays yours.

Reads
Your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator inboxes, the Gmail thread you open and a mailbox you connect. Then their newest message, by clear rules.
Decides
Which lead wrote, what the reply means (interested, not now, wrong person, stop, needs you or neutral), the draft that fits it, and which of your customer stories, materials and channels earn replies.
Leaves to you
The conversation. It never sends a reply that needs you, and marking a lead Lost is your click.
See the Reply Intelligence

Proof. Every step it takes is written down: in the Queue with its time and its reason, and on the lead’s timeline once it happens.

Before it writes

It reads first.

Whether the lead fits, which company they belong to, what that company does, and which of your stories suits them.

Fit score

Scores every lead from 0 to 100 against what you sell. Below 20, by default, it writes nothing.

Reads
The profile, recent posts and company page, against what you sell and who you sell to.
Decides
A score from 0 to 100 and the reason for it. Below 20 no message is written and the lead moves to Unfit, so bulk actions skip it.
Leaves to you
The threshold, and Generate anyway for a lead you want to write to regardless.

Company research

When a company page says too little, it searches the web for the facts. No facts, no message.

Reads
The company name and website, and what the lead’s profile says about it.
Decides
Whether it found the company, with its industry, size, headquarters and what it does. The company’s own page always wins over a search.
Leaves to you
Nothing to set. A step that needs a company waits until Opusend knows which one, instead of guessing and sending.

Company and role

Files each lead under the right company and works out their main role, seniority and country.

Reads
Every current role and the headline, the company pages and website, and the location.
Decides
The company a lead belongs to, the main role when they hold several, a seniority level, a job change, a country, and each company’s stage from its leads.
Leaves to you
What it cannot place stays blank. A location it does not know gets no country rather than a guess.

Library tags

Tags your customers and materials, so the right story reaches the right prospect.

Reads
Your website, each material’s page with the title you gave it, and each customer’s name.
Decides
What each material is and which seniority and stage it suits, the tags on each customer, and the summary of your company every message is written from.
Leaves to you
The library itself: which customers and materials exist, and which customers may be named.
Before it sends

Every step is checked.

A draft is read for mistakes, a step is checked against the lead, and a campaign knows its one next move.

The message check

Reads every draft before it can go out: no unfilled name, no AI phrasing, no near copy of an earlier message.

Reads
Both versions of each draft, and the messages that came before it.
Decides
Whether a draft is clean. An unfilled placeholder, AI phrasing, talk about the process, a goodbye that ends the thread, a quarter of an earlier message or a connection note over 300 characters is an error.
Leaves to you
The queue and Autopilot refuse a draft with an error. A draft in your panel is yours to edit.

The action gate

Checks every automatic step against the lead before it goes. One reason is enough to stop it.

Reads
The lead’s stage, its messages and what it is waiting on.
Decides
Whether a step may run: not if they replied, asked to stop, sit at a closed stage, already have an invitation out, were contacted in the last 24 hours or left three messages unanswered, and not before the gap since the last one.
Leaves to you
Your stages, gaps and limits. It can only stop a step, never start one.

The Autopilot engine

Picks the one next step for each lead in a campaign, and knows when the campaign is done with them.

Reads
Each enrolled lead’s stage, connection and replies, and the campaign’s steps and cadence.
Decides
The one next step: an invitation, an InMail, a message, a follow-up, an email, one reply, or the hand-off to you.
Leaves to you
Who is in the campaign. It works the leads you enrol and the Sales Navigator searches you name. Nobody else.
After it sends, and when you ask

The record stays straight.

The stage follows the evidence, one person stays one record, and your questions become filters and charts.

Pipeline moves

Moves the lead forward when the evidence arrives: an acceptance, a message, a reply, a bounce.

Reads
What happened on LinkedIn, in Sales Navigator and in your inbox.
Decides
The next stage, forward only, and Unresponsive after three messages with no answer. A real reply lifts even a lead you had given up on.
Leaves to you
Meeting, Won and Lost are your call, and automation never moves a lead out of a decision.

Duplicates and identity

Spots the same person twice and keeps one record. Only proof of identity merges on its own.

Reads
Email addresses, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator ids, names, headlines, the messages sent and your past answers.
Decides
Which records are one person. A match on identity merges by itself; anything less is offered to you.
Leaves to you
Every merge short of proof, and every pair you say are two people.

The AI search filter

Type what you want in a sentence. It becomes a filter in your CRM’s own fields.

Reads
Your sentence and your stage names. Never your leads.
Decides
A filter on the fields your CRM has. Anything it does not recognise is dropped, not guessed.
Leaves to you
The list it filters, and the filter itself.

Insights questions

Ask a question, get a chart. The AI picks the chart; your own data and plain code do the counting.

Reads
Your question and the list of fields. Never your leads.
Decides
What to measure, how to group it and what to filter. Every number is counted by code, not written by a model.
Leaves to you
Which charts to keep, on the pages you arrange.
What it leaves to you

Built to hand you the moments that matter.

The machine does the repeatable work. These are the parts it was built to give back.

It never sends a reply that needs you.

Price, contract terms, their data, the law or a complaint: Autopilot leaves those replies to you, with the bell still on.

You choose who it works on.

Autopilot works the leads you enrol and the searches you name. It never enrols anyone on its own.

One clock: yours.

Every step lands inside your own working hours, 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays unless you change it, so you are there when the replies come in.

It suggests. You decide.

Replies are read by clear rules. One it cannot place stays neutral, and marking a lead Lost is always your click.

It speaks when the numbers do.

Reply Intelligence says nothing until 8 leads have been contacted, and one lucky reply never makes a winner.

Every claim is yours.

A customer is named only if you listed one, and a link is only ever one of yours.
