Verifications

The most accurate sales platform in the market. Probably.

Probably, because we only put in what we read from the real page, we re-read what has gone stale, and we say so when we are guessing. That is the whole trick.

14 days on us. No card needed.

Read, not guessed

If it did not read it, it does not write it.

Stale facts are how good outreach turns embarrassing.

Real pages

Profiles, company pages and company websites, read as they are today. Not a purchased database from two years ago.

A blank read does not count

A page that loads empty is not dated as a read, so it is never reused as one. Nothing gets written from a name and a headline alone.

Gaps are filled, never overwritten

No company page to read? A web search fills the gaps. It never replaces what the company's own page said.

No company, no send

A queued or Autopilot step that needs a company waits until Opusend knows which one. It does not guess and send.

Freshness

Fresh, or read again.

Before it reuses anything, Opusend checks how old it is.

Read recently? Write right away

A fresh read is reused, so a note, message or email is drafted at once. Profiles stay fresh for 14 days, company pages for 30, websites for 120. You can change all three.

Gone stale? Read again first

An old read is not trusted. Opusend reads the page again before it writes from it.

The people, companies and numbers in these examples are invented.

Emails

Emails you can trust, and stop trusting.

A found address is a claim. Opusend keeps checking it.

Found on request

Work emails come from a data provider when you press Find emails. Never a personal address. Never a phone number.

Paid once

A found address is remembered, so you are never charged twice for the same contact. A miss costs nothing.

Bounces are read

On a connected mailbox, a bounce is tagged on the message. You can also tag one by hand: wrong person, left the company, out of office, auto-reply or asked not to be contacted.

Dead ends retire themselves

When every channel to a lead has failed, the lead moves to Bad data and stops using up your daily limits.

Honest records

It tells you what it worked out.

A fact someone observed and a fact the CRM deduced are not the same thing.

Observed, or deduced

The timeline marks anything inferred as Deduced, with the reason. For example: a message was delivered on LinkedIn, which needs a connection.

Who changed what

Every stage change records whether you made it or Opusend did, and why.

Matches that need near certainty

A reply moves a lead to Replied only on a strong match with the person who wrote. When it is unsure it asks, and one click corrects it.
