Automations

Select a hundred leads. Press one button.

Research, find emails, connect, message, email or enrol in Autopilot, across a whole selection. Opusend plans it, paces it and keeps it inside your limits.

14 days on us. No card needed.

The bulk bar

Four groups. Every action you repeat.

Tick leads in the CRM and the bar appears.

Update

Set a stage, add a context, set a follow-up date (today, tomorrow, in three days, next week or a date you pick). More: give leads to a teammate, link them to a company, remove them from Autopilot, merge two. Changes here can be undone with Ctrl+Z.

Enrich

Research reads each profile and company, free, with nothing sent. Find emails looks up missing work emails, one credit per contact found.

Outreach

Connect, Connect with a note, Message, Email, or enrol the selection in Autopilot.

Cleanup

Delete what does not belong.

See it

Hundreds of leads, one decision.

The click is yours. The scheduling is Opusend's.

Move a whole selection

Pick a stage once. Every selected lead moves, and each move is on its timeline.

Let the queue plan it

A big batch spreads across working days inside your daily limits. Every action shows the time it will go.

The people, companies and numbers in these examples are invented.

How a run goes

From a selection to a finished batch.

You press once. The rest is the queue's job.

  1. 1

    Select

Filter the list to the group you mean, in the CRM or from a results page, and tick them.

  2. 2

    Press

Choose the action. Opusend checks every lead against the rules before it joins the queue.

  3. 3

    It runs

Inside your working hours and daily limits, with a human pause between actions. Pause or stop whenever you like.

  4. 4

    You review

Done, skipped and failed are told apart. Retry what failed in one click.

Guardrails

Fast to run. Hard to get wrong.

A bulk action is the easy way to make a mess. So the checks run on every lead.

Protected stages

Leads in Unfit, Bad data and Blacklisted never join a bulk action. Stages you choose can sit out too.

One action per lead

The same lead is not queued twice for the same thing, and nobody is contacted twice in a day.

Skips are not failures

A lead correctly skipped, because they replied or are already connected, is shown as a skip. The failed list stays meaningful.

Replies are not bulk

Bulk never sends a reply. Replies go out one at a time from you, or from Autopilot if you turned that step on and the reply does not need you.

Accounts

Act on a company, reach its people.

Select companies and run the same actions on the leads who work there.

Outreach by account

Queue connections, messages and emails, or enrol in Autopilot, for every lead at the companies you ticked.

Read and find

Read the LinkedIn page of each company. For companies with no page, find them online.

Merge two

Two or more records for one company become one.
