Opusend moves your leads through the pipeline automatically.
A connection accepted. A message sent. A reply received. Each one moves the lead to the right stage and writes down why. Nothing to drag. Nothing to forget.
14 days on us. No card needed.
Climbed for you, one rung at a time.
Opusend moves a lead up to Replied. Meeting and Won are your call.
- 1
Lead
You opened the profile or imported the row. The lead exists.
- 2
Connection Req.
An invitation went out. The lead moves.
- 3
Connected
They accepted. Opusend notices from your network and moves the lead.
- 4
Contacted
A message or an email was sent.
- 5
Replied
They answered on LinkedIn, in Sales Navigator or by email. The lead moves, and a Needs reply flag waits for you.
The move, and the reason.
Every automatic move is on the lead's timeline.
Moved while you worked
A lead goes from Connected to Contacted the moment the first message is sent. You did not touch it.
Written down
The timeline says what happened, when, and whether you or Opusend did it.
The people, companies and numbers in these examples are invented.
It tidies the leads that stopped moving.
The work nobody likes, done once a day.
Unresponsive
After three messages or emails with no reply, a lead moves to Unresponsive. Change the number, or set it to 0 to switch it off.
Not accepted
An invitation nobody accepted is withdrawn after 60 days and the lead moves to Not accepted. You can change the days.
Unfit
A lead scored below your fit threshold is moved to Unfit, so bulk actions skip it.
Bad data
When every channel to a lead has failed, the lead moves to Bad data and stops using your daily limits.
Blacklisted
When a reply clearly asks you to stop, the lead is blacklisted and nothing else goes to them. The words that triggered it are recorded.
Automation never overrules you.
Four rules that keep the pipeline trustworthy.
Forward only
Automatic moves go forward. A lead is never dragged back down the ladder by a weaker signal.
Your stage stays
Replied, Meeting, Won, Lost, Unfit, Bad data and Blacklisted are decisions. Automation does not move a lead out of them.
A real reply rescues
A lead you had given up on, Unresponsive or Not accepted, moves to Replied when they write back.
Undo is there
A change you made by hand or in bulk can be undone with Ctrl+Z.
Companies move with their people.
For teams that sell to accounts, not just contacts.
Target to Meeting
A company reads as Contacted once one of its leads is, Engaged when one wrote back, and Meeting when one booked.
Yours to set
A company's stage is its own. Set it yourself, and a lead's move will not drag it back.
