Opusend ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted B2B outreach tool: a Chrome extension plus a hosted service that help you research prospects on LinkedIn and draft and send personalized messages. This policy explains what data we process and why.
If you connect Gmail, Opusend requests the gmail.send scope and your email address (userinfo.email). We use these only to send emails that you compose and approve from within the product, and to show which account is connected.
We do not read, store, or transmit the contents of your mailbox via the Gmail API. Opusend's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except as required for security or with your consent.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Opusend:
The extension runs only on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Gmail, and Opusend's own pages. It reads page content to capture the prospect data you choose to save, to read a conversation you open (so it can recognize the prospect and detect replies), and to automate actions you initiate or schedule (such as sending a connection request, message, or follow-up). It does not read or collect data from other websites you visit.
The prospects you save are professional contacts you collect for your own business outreach. For that data, you act as the data controller and Opusend acts as your processor: we store and process it only on your instructions (to run the product) and never use it for our own purposes, share it between customers, or sell it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your prospects and for honoring their objections and deletion requests; deleting a lead in Opusend removes it from the live product (with residual backup copies purged on a rolling basis).
We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in to app.opusend.com. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We process your account and CRM data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and operational logs based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Some of our service providers (including Anthropic) may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required (for example for the personal data of people in the EEA or UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export or delete your CRM data at any time from the product; deleting a lead removes it from the live product, and residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis. You can request full account deletion by contacting us, and we delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request. Depending on your location (including under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
