Reply Intelligence

The reply lands. The lead moves. Your answer is drafted.

Reply Intelligence catches replies on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and email, files each on the right lead, reads what it says and drafts an answer that fits. It never sends one that needs you.

14 days on us. No card needed.

It catches it

You hear about it because the lead moved.

Not because you went looking.

On every channel

The LinkedIn and Sales Navigator inboxes, and the Gmail thread you open. A mailbox you connect is read for replies and bounces from your leads, and nothing in it is marked read.

On the right lead

A reply is filed on the person who wrote it: by name on LinkedIn, by the thread or the address on email. Matched to the wrong one? One click puts it right.

At the right stage

The lead moves to Replied, every automatic step to them stops, and the bell rings until you answer.

See it

The thread, read.

Open a conversation and the panel already knows who it is, and who said what.

A panel that read the thread

It recognises your lead, reads the conversation, knows which message is theirs and which is yours, and drafts the next one.

A lead that moved itself

Replied, with the date and the channel on the timeline.

The people, companies and numbers in these examples are invented.

It reads it

It tells an opening from a no.

Clear rules, not guesswork: every signal in their reply is weighed, the strongest wins, and a tie stays neutral.

Interested

Tell me more, send me something, let's find a time, or frustration with the tool they use today. That last one is an opening, not a no.

Not now

No budget, all set, already have a vendor. It suggests Mark Lost. You decide.

Wrong person

"Talk to Sarah, she owns this." The name is the prize, so it is never read as a no.

Stop

A clear request to stop moves the lead to Blacklisted before any draft, and nothing else goes to them.

Needs you

Price, contract terms, their data, the law or a complaint about you. These are yours to answer, and Autopilot leaves them to you.

Everything else

A short or unclear reply reads as neutral and gets a short, soft answer with no pitch.

It starts your answer

The draft fits what they said.

The reading sets the floor for the draft. You read it, change it and send it.

Interested

Answers what they asked, concretely. Only here does it suggest a short call, with your booking link if you added one.

Not now

A brief, sincere thank you. No pushing back, no new link.

Wrong person

Thanks them and asks for the introduction. No pitch.

Needs you

A short holding reply that commits to nothing, as your starting point. Autopilot never sends it: the reply waits for you, with the bell still on.

It learns

It learns what earns replies. Carefully.

Reply Intelligence keeps score on your own sends, and speaks only when the numbers mean something.

What it scores

Each reply is credited to the last message you sent before it: its A or B version, its type, its channel, and the customer story or material it used. Invitations, drafts you never sent and your answers to replies do not count.

When it speaks

Not before 8 contacted leads, and a story or material is a winner only when its replies clear your account's rate by more than chance. One lucky reply never makes a winner.

How it uses it

A nudge, never an override. The stories and materials that earn replies are picked a little more often, the ones that do not a little less, and fit to the prospect still counts for more.

A against B, fairly

Version A is compared with B only on sends where you had both to choose from, and a winner is named only when the gap is real. The Replies tile shows the verdict.
