What is Opusend?
A complete outbound tool for sales teams: a Chrome extension plus a web app. It reads each prospect, writes the connection note, message or email in your voice, runs follow-ups, finds replies, and keeps everything in a CRM that fills itself.
How does it work?
Open a LinkedIn profile, a Sales Navigator search or a Gmail thread. Opusend reads the context and drafts the next message. You review and send, or hand the leads you chose to Autopilot. Replies are detected and tracked, so you know who needs you.
Which channels does it cover?
LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and email. Research and message on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, and draft and send email from your own Gmail or a mailbox you connect with a password.
Does it only draft, or does it send?
Your choice, and it follows your plan. Drafting works on every plan and nothing goes out until you press send. On the Machine plan you can enrol leads in Autopilot, which connects, messages and follows up within your limits, and hands the lead to you when someone replies.
What is Autopilot?
An optional campaign runner on the Machine plan. Enrol your own leads and, from your LinkedIn and mailbox and inside your daily limits, it connects, waits for the accept, sends the first message and follows up every 4 to 7 days, up to 7 times. When a prospect replies, that lead's sequence stops and the lead is handed to you; a clear request to stop moves them to Blacklisted. Its Reply step, off by default, lets it answer that reply once first, and it can share your booking link.
Can I import the leads I already have?
Yes. Import a CSV or paste profile links and start in minutes, with everyone in the same CRM as the people you add from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Gmail. There is no HubSpot or Salesforce sync yet.

Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?
Any tool that automates carries some risk, and automation can conflict with LinkedIn's terms. Opusend is built to reduce it: actions are spaced out with a pause between each, inside working hours, one step per prospect at a time, under daily limits whose ceilings your settings cannot pass. It all runs in your own browser and session, never on a server signing in as you. You stay responsible for your account.
Can I use Opusend for mass email or a bought list?
No. Opusend is for B2B prospecting: each message is written for one person and sent from your own LinkedIn or mailbox, inside daily limits. It has no contact database and sells no data, and our Acceptable Use Policy rules out bulk unsolicited messages and purchased or harvested email lists. A reply that clearly asks you to stop moves the lead to Blacklisted, and nothing else goes to them.
Do you read my emails?
Not a Gmail account you connect with Google sign-in. That connection only asks to send, and we do not read or store your mailbox through the Gmail API. While Gmail is open, the extension reads, in your browser, the thread you open and the senders of unread emails, to recognize your leads and catch their replies. A conversation with a lead is added to that lead's history; nothing else is kept. A mailbox you connect with a password is different: if you also give its IMAP server, our server checks that inbox read-only for replies and bounces from your leads, and keeps only the first 8 KB of a reply. You can turn that off in Settings.
Do I need my own AI or API key?
No. The AI is included and runs through Opusend's servers. There is nothing to configure and no separate AI bill.
Who owns my data, and is it GDPR friendly?
You do. For the prospects you save, you are the controller and Opusend is your processor. We store your CRM to run the product, never sell it and never share it between customers. Export or delete it any time, ask for full account deletion within 30 days, and rely on our Data Processing Agreement, which is part of our terms.

What does it cost? Is there a trial?
Plans are per seat: Assistant, Engine and Machine, plus Enterprise for larger teams. Every plan starts with 14 days on us, and no card is needed. The prices are on the pricing page.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Opusend is per seat. The first person from your company becomes the admin, invites teammates, and sees each seat's activity.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in, and the trial needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel if it is not for you. Export your data before you go.
How do I get started?
Create an account, add the Chrome extension and finish the one-minute setup. Then open any LinkedIn profile or Gmail thread and the Opusend panel appears, ready to research and draft.
