These terms govern your use of Opusend: the Chrome extension and the hosted service at app.opusend.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Opusend helps you research prospects, draft personalized outreach with AI, manage a sales pipeline, and automate parts of your outreach on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email. The automation runs in your own browser, on your own accounts, under limits you control.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person per seat; do not share accounts.
Opusend automates actions on your LinkedIn and email accounts. Automation may conflict with the terms of service of those platforms (including LinkedIn's User Agreement), and platforms may restrict or suspend accounts they believe are automated. Opusend builds in daily limits, human-like pacing, and automatic stop signals to reduce that risk, but cannot eliminate it. You use the automation features at your own risk and are responsible for your accounts on third-party platforms. Opusend is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation or Google LLC.
You own the prospect and CRM data you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and back it up to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for the prospect data you collect and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and contact your prospects.
Drafts are generated by AI from the data you provide and may be inaccurate. Review every message before it is sent. You are responsible for the content of the outreach you send.
Free trials and paid plans are described at the time of signup. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may improve, change, or discontinue features; for material reductions we will give reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opusend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or restrictions placed on your third-party accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the Service or other users; where reasonable, we will warn you first. Sections 5, 6, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Opusend for the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
