Questions about billing

Is it really per seat?

Yes. Every person who uses Opusend needs a seat, and you are billed for the seats in your workspace. The number comes from your workspace, not from a box you fill in, so it always matches the people who can actually sign in.

What happens when I hit the daily AI limit?

New drafting stops for the rest of the day and starts again the next morning. Nothing in your CRM changes, nothing is lost, and anything already written is still there. The limits are fair-use ceilings rather than a meter: a rep working one prospect at a time will not reach the Assistant number, and a bulk user will not reach the Engine one.

What is a contact lookup?

Finding a prospect’s work email address with “Find emails”. Every plan includes an allowance of credits each month, and one credit is one successful lookup. If you need more, you buy credits: they sit on top of your monthly allowance and unused ones roll over month to month while your plan is active. If your plan ends, your credits are held for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off, and after that they are gone. You are only charged for a fresh, successful reveal, so a repeat of one you already found is free, and so is a lookup that finds nothing. The price per credit is on your billing page.

Can I change plan or add seats later?

Yes, from Billing inside the app, and the change takes effect straight away. Adding somebody to your workspace adds their seat to the next invoice.

Can I cancel?

Any time, with no lock-in. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your whole CRM to CSV before you go. The trial needs no card, so if you decide it is not for you there is nothing to cancel.

What is in the free trial?

Fourteen days with every plan feature unlocked, including Autopilot, at 150 AI drafts a day and 25 contact lookups. No card, and no reminder emails pretending to be helpful.

Do you charge for the Chrome extension?

No. The extension is how you use Opusend and it is included on every plan. There is nothing else to buy to make it work.

Do prices change?

Not without at least 30 days’ notice, which is written into our Terms. If you are an early customer, the price you signed up at is the price we will come to you about first.
